free age limit
Tons of Rock is operating with a free age limit at the festival. Please note that the festival camp is strictly over 18 years of age.
Young children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and must be protected against high volume and loud noises. Visibly intoxicated individuals caring for children will not be tolerated and will be handled by appropriate authorities.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 - FREE OF CHARGE
All children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is a festival ticket holder, may enter free of charge.
Disabilities and accessibility
Tons of Rock aspires to be an event that is open for everyone to enjoy, though it might be challenging to get around for wheelchair users, especially in rain. Both because the festival is organized in the open air, but also because there is a lot of people. We recommend all wheelchair users to bring a companion. Tons of Rock practices free access to companion with valid official accompanying evidence, provided that the guest has a festival pass/day pass. There is available HC-toilet in both camp and festival area.
TO BE SERVED ALCHOHOL YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID ID
You must be able to provide a valid proof of age when buying alcohol throughout the festival area. Valid forms of ID are debit card with photo, drivers license or passport. If it is discovered that your ID is false or being used incorrectly, we will contact the police. All matters of incorrect use of ID or use of false ID will be reported.
CONTROL OF ALCHOL CONSUMPTION
Our security crew has been instructed to be observant of any overly intoxicated individuals. The crew manager has, along with the police, authority to demand ID, as well as to remove individuals from the area.
Young individuals who har seen enjoying alcohol, and who look like they could be underage, may be asked to provide proof of age. Any individuals obviously underage (or unable to provide proof of age) consuming alcohol will have their drinks and festival ticket confiscated and will be removed from the premises.
Visibly intoxicated individuals in care of a child will be escorted from the premises along with the minor, and the police will be notified.
